2. Deposit Refunds
Project deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. However, we may consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services
- If the project is cancelled within 48 hours of the initial agreement
- If there are extraordinary circumstances beyond either party's control
3. Project Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project with written notice. In case of cancellation:
- Payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date
- Any remaining deposit may be applied to completed work
- Clients will receive all work completed up to the cancellation point
- Source files and assets will be provided for completed portions
4. Scope Changes
Changes to project scope may affect pricing and timelines:
- Additional features or functionality will incur additional charges
- Scope reductions may result in partial refunds at our discretion
- All scope changes must be agreed upon in writing
5. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that our work will:
- Meet the specifications outlined in the project agreement
- Be free from major bugs and functionality issues
- Be compatible with agreed-upon browsers and devices
If our work fails to meet these standards, we will make necessary corrections at no additional cost.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us in writing with your refund request
- Provide detailed reasons for the refund request
- Allow up to 10 business days for review and processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
7. Maintenance and Support
Ongoing maintenance and support services are billed monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days notice. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
