1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Nex Solutions services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Nex Solutions provides web development and web application development services including but not limited to:

• Custom website development
• Web application development
• E-commerce solutions
• Website maintenance and support
• Technical consulting

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback response time, and scope changes. We will communicate any timeline adjustments promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables. Nex Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nex Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
